Performance
The Ford Bronco has a four-cylinder or one of two V6 engines as choices, depending upon the trim model and your selection. There is either a seven-speed manual transmission or a 10-speed automatic transmission. The manual transmission has a crawl mode that will assist travel over rocks. Depending upon the engine choice, you will get from 300 to 330 horsepower and 325 or 415 lb.-ft. of torque. The towing capacity is either 3,500 or 4,500 pounds. Even though the Ford Bronco is a beast off the pavement, it is highly mannered for road driving and handling.

- Ford Bronco Big Bend - The Big Bend trim model has the smaller V6 as standard. There is the available Sasquatch package with 35-inch tires and electronically-locking front and rear axles, among other off-road enhancements.
- Ford Bronco Black Diamond - The Black Diamond is the trim level where the rubberized flooring is standard, along with a modular front bumper and full-body bash plates to protect the underbody.
- Ford Bronco Outer Banks - The Outer Banks has leather-trimmed seating, an 11-inch multimedia screen, and an available premium sound system.
- Ford Bronco Badlands - You can disconnect the front stabilizer bar of the Badlands to better help you surmount larger obstacles. An electronically-locking front and rear axle to help with traction are standard at this trim level.
- Ford Bronco Wildtrak - The Wildtrak comes standard with the larger V6 engine, producing 330 horsepower.
- Ford Bronco Everglades - The Everglades is one of the two new trim models. It is designed to help you in situations where there is deep water and mud present. There is a snorkel, a winch kit, mud tires, and other feature enhancements to help you navigate up to 36 inches of standing water.
- Ford Bronco Raptor - This is the other new trim model. It has a focus on extreme off-road driving with speed. It has the highest ground clearance of all of the Ford Broncos.
